Hello Everyone
My name is Carmen and I am here because I was diagnosed with AIH(Auto Immune Hepatitis) and I dealing very well with my illness but one of the side effects has been a serious weight gain from the medication. I have gone from 120 lbs to 158 lbs in the last two months I know that it's because of the medication that I'm on but also I haven't been able to exercise, which I use to be an avid runner. So with that said does anyone know a good exercise that I can practice without causing more pressure and swelling on my knees and ankles. I am trying to follow weight watchers to keep my weight under control but I need to exercise a bit more frequently. I hope that I find great friends on this forum.
