Hi,
I am a 56 year old female who has struggled with weight for a long time. It is very easy for me to gain weight - just go a couple of weeks without exercising and not watching was I am eating, and 5 pounds can easily appear.

I like being active and know that my confidence and self-image are directly tied to my weight. Certainly that is not good, but it is a fact and is who I am. I do not judge others by their weight, but I do for myself.

Holiday Party Difficulty
My first holiday party of the season was a dieting disaster. Up 236 Kcals for the day! This will be my biggest challenge. It boils down to will power, clearly a weakness for me.

Drinking water, eating veggies, other tricks before arriving did not help. How about others? What do you do?
