Guidelines:
That means don't get on the scale every day! Seeing the drop and difference once a week makes it so much better and you don't feel like it's taking forever! It's not good for your mind to weigh in every morning and night and hour. =)

Guidelines:
Try to cut soda out, and drink more water, milk, and juices. Soda is like drinking liquid candy, even if it is diet. NO MORE! the more water you drink, the more weight you will lose.

NO FAST FOOD: Bring your lunch to work.

Guidelines:
The point of this challenge is to eliminate the fast food from your life. Yes, it's convenient and you will crave it, but you are much better without it. Watch the lbs just roll off by packing your own lunch and eating dinner, and a healthy breakfast at home.

Weeks 4 to 8

Get a breath of fresh air every day.

Guidelines:
Make sure you see the sun light and the outside of your home AND car! Let's try and take a 5-15 minute walk per day or at least 5 times a week. I know it's the winter season so this could be taking the trash out, shoveling (instead of snowblowing), getting the mail, walk with the dog, etc. However you want to do it, just get that fresh air!
