The Cereals
I'm kind of think I read the book wrong in this section based on some of you guys diet journals. I thought you were supposed to eat a cup and a half of the approved cerals plus 1/2 cup of hot cereals. Am the only one that read the cereal section this way, am I right or wrong? I think I am wrong because, I'm sitting at my desk eating this hot cereal, thinking "This is a lot of grains".
