I have a 3 year old daughter and a 5 year old son, so the baby weight excuse is getting pretty old I guess! I was around a size 4 when I got pregnant with my son and had almost hit my weight goals when I got pregnant with my daughter, and in some sort of diet rebellion I ate nothing but junk that whole pregnancy, and have not lost the weight yet! I seem to lose the same 15 lbs over and over and just give up. I don't care if I get down to a size 4 again, but I do believe that wearing a size 8 is an attainable goal, we'll see from there! I currently wear a 14, and those are none too loose. I want to be healthier for my family and for myself. My husband is also trying to lose weight right now so I have a partner in him and a good friend of mine is also trying weight watchers. I need all the help I can get...I am an emotional eater and I am trying to retrain my brain!!
