GYM QUESTION!! help
I would say start intervals...that is what I have done...even if its not a long time...I do 30 mins of 2-3 mins walking fast - 1 - 1.5mins jogging/running I continue that for about 30 mins...by the end im exhausted.

Motivation Problems :/
I went through same things...just like everyone is saying u dont need a traditional program or crazy crash diet. Just dont eat fast food, I eat alot of baked chicken and veggies and flavor them so I dont mind eating them. Just keep track of ur food on here I keep track of everything so it keeps me from eating bad stuff. Good luck.

HELLO EVERYONE!!!
Breakfast is my hardest I have been eating egg whites (the ones that u can buy in the little containers - ALOT easier
) and a couple slices of turkey bacon (I eat the Jennie-O ones but since they are precooked and u just need to cook for a few mins to make a little crispy they are easy) and sometimes i eat a slice or the serving of those bagel or sandwich thins with spray on butter. I like it and it fills me up for hours.

Getting closer to goal, need tips!
Thank you guys for the tips...I will try to increase my calorie intake as well as stepping up my routine on the treadmil. I also read online to add some leg exercises to help burn leg fat which is where all my fat is. Thank you again
