Today, no alcohol. I'm working on getting more veggies incorporated into my diet. I'm tired and have a lot to do today, more later, after I've slept a little more.
Well, I'm on my third try to get a little more rest. I fell asleep for about an hour, but then my butcher showed up with my beef...now I have to start all over :( Sooooo tired! Gonna drink a glass of water then try to get a bit more shuteye!
Broke down and had 12 oz. of milk which put me way over on my carbs. My calories are still within range so I'm not gonna sweat it too much. BUT, no more milk. Besides I'm a bit intolerant so I'm already paying for it :(
Got about another hour of sleep, but so tired I can't really think straight. Trying not to let my tiredness and boredom induce me to start snacking! Nights are my downfall!

Starting over today. Tired of being fat and tired! I have to resign myself to the fact that I'm going to have to fix starches for Mickey and stay away from them myself--gonna take some major will power, but, if I put my mind to it, I can do this!
