Starting over today. Tired of being fat and tired! I have to resign myself to the fact that I'm going to have to fix starches for Mickey and stay away from them myself--gonna take some major will power, but, if I put my mind to it, I can do this!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

my food was ok, needed more veggies but I'll work on that. What I really messed up on was the alcohol--Mickey got home with a 12 pack, which we shared then had a couple of drinks after those were gone...gonna have to rein that in. Otherwise, not a bad day.
