Very low energy lately. I'm not sure if I'm still in sugar withdrawals or my health issues are rearing their ugly heads. It's finally the weekend and I have tons I need to do today with not much energy to do it.
I haven't seen DH since Monday--this is the longest he's been out so far. Missing him bunches! He'll be home today for the weekend; hope it's a long one! I'm sure I'll have plenty of laundry to do when he gets home <grin> so I really need to get all my other "chores" done before he gets here.
My weight is down again, woohoo! Had a huge salad for lunch/dinner yesterday--very satisfying! My ratios seem to be ok--looks like I'm keeping track so far!
I think I'll brew up a little coffee (now that I have some cream) to see if that helps with my energy at all. Check back later if I can.

After following this diet fairly well for oh, about a month, I fell off the wagon, down the hill and into the creek! For about 7 months I ate bread, ramen noodles, mac and cheese--you name a forbidden food, I ate it with relish!
Finally, I have psyched myself up and restarted my program. I'm still craving carbs severely, but when I look at my weight history, I KNOW this plan works, if I'll just stick it out. So far I've not had any major mess ups, but I do allow myself to drink when my husband is home from the road.
It's especially hard when I go to my sister's house (just around the corner) and all she has out is crackers, cheese and a ton of fruit...cheese is the only thing I can eat, and I have to limit that or I'll stall. I'm sure I'll get past this tough spot, I just have to keep plugging along.
Oh, and if I miss a few days, it just means that hubby is home and he doesn't share me well (with the computer) LOL! I'll be back and try to fill in as many blanks as I can when he goes back out. :)

Still awake...this sux! I really need to get some sleep, going a little batty here! On a good note, I managed to make it through the night (so far) without eating myself out of house and home.
Finally fell asleep about 4, back up at 8:30. I'm gonna make myself some egg salad and broth. I'm feeling ok, just a little tired still. I did have a pickle last night, just to get some crunch--felt a little better after that. Hoping today I can keep my carbs below 20-25.Back later.
