Newbie - How do I find a Buddie?
HI! My name is Brenda, and I'm 46 with at least 40 lbs to lose. The show the other day with Dr. Oz is what got me motivated. I'm not necessarily following the plan, buthave done this before. I lost 80 lbs a while back, but have put about 20 back on. I want to nip this in the bud!! And.. I'd love some buddies to do it with!!

Gonna try to stop smoking!
Been there, lived through it, gained a little, but LOVE how much healthier I am now. You CAN do this! Make sure you have goodies to snack on... carrots, celery, GOOD snacks--that was my big mistake. I chose the baaaaaaaad snacks--YUK!

I've been smoke free for 10 years now. Still crave it every now and then. Best of luck!
