Cannot lose weight
Check out Paleo Diet. Very good way to loose weight and change your eating habits! If you like what you read, try it for 30 days. I'm on a 30 day challenge myself with our crossfit gym. Feel great.. great energy level and i'm sleeping much better and its only been 5 days so far!

Too much success?
This just goes to prove that those scales are not good all the time... A year ago I got my body fat tested in the Hydro water scale (one of the best ways to measure body fat) and I just had it re-done a few days ago. I have gained 7lbs since last year, but my body fat percentage has gone done. I was getting frustrated with that damn scale and my weight going up even when i was good with work outs and diet! I am actually loosing body fat which is being replaced by more muscle!
