Avocado Dressing

Creamy homemade dressing.



  1. Peel avocados. Put everything into blender and blend until smooth. Add more water to thin out if needed.
  2. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.

Pretty bland. Not suitable to my taste.

Add salt/ground pepper and this is great. Works equally well as a dip for baby carrots.
