Well, I'm visiting my parents this week which means eating out and drinking. So I brought some of my own food to help with the temptations...however, I slipped last night. We went out for Mexican and I ended up getting full on chips and salsa and ate none of my dinner which was much more healthier. Plus on top of that I had several alcoholic drinks...talk about your carbs & sugars...ACK!!
We leave for home tomorrow so I will be able to get back on track. Plus my workouts will be better because the weather here is still cold. I'm also excited for Saturday...I'm participating in Susan G Komen's Race for the Cure. I'm walking the 5k with friends!!
GOAL: Eat better, maximism workouts and light adult beverages. =0)

Hello!! This week has been a struggle for me. With my hubby & I both being laid off, I've fallen into a slight depression which means...I've been comfort eating. We ate out last night and I had a very heavy meal and am still feeling it today. However, I did meet with my personal trainer today and she re-energized me. She gave me a 1500 calorie menu plan for the week. It looks very similar to LAWL.
GOAL for the rest of week & thru weekend: CARDIO & menu plan

Well, I'm back...it's been a really long time since I've logged in to fatsecret. I've had a very crazy life: got married in Aug '07, laid off in Sept '07, worked contract work which requied tons of travel then in March '08 that work came to a stand still...so now I'm back to being laid off.
I've quit going to LA because I just wasn't getting the support that I used to get. I then gain weight...well, I took the bull by the horns and I'm back "on the wagon" to weight loss. I've hired a personal trainer (who by the way, used to be an LA counselor, so she knows what I've been working on and how to stay on track) who has helped me lose a total of 6 inches and 2% of my body fat. I'm happier, healthier and on my way to a slimmer me. =0)
