Hello!! This week has been a struggle for me. With my hubby & I both being laid off, I've fallen into a slight depression which means...I've been comfort eating. We ate out last night and I had a very heavy meal and am still feeling it today. However, I did meet with my personal trainer today and she re-energized me. She gave me a 1500 calorie menu plan for the week. It looks very similar to LAWL.

GOAL for the rest of week & thru weekend: CARDIO & menu plan

Hang in there! Thats really tough having both youself and your husband laid off from work! Try and find some comfort foods that won't be as bad. I'm not sure what is allowed on the LAWL...but for me with WW's.....I love having stuff with the 2% Kraft cheese....or Baked Lay's...basically anything that is 2 points or below. Good luck!
