Well, I'm visiting my parents this week which means eating out and drinking. So I brought some of my own food to help with the temptations...however, I slipped last night. We went out for Mexican and I ended up getting full on chips and salsa and ate none of my dinner which was much more healthier. Plus on top of that I had several alcoholic drinks...talk about your carbs & sugars...ACK!!

We leave for home tomorrow so I will be able to get back on track. Plus my workouts will be better because the weather here is still cold. I'm also excited for Saturday...I'm participating in Susan G Komen's Race for the Cure. I'm walking the 5k with friends!!

GOAL: Eat better, maximism workouts and light adult beverages. =0)
