Weighed in today and I'm up...partly due to having a full tummy from water. I have a bad habit of finishing all my water 10mins proir to leaving work.
I've been eating mostly on plan, I did have spaghetti this week, since I work at the Old Spaghetti Factory and we get it for free.
Reminder: walk the dog and get in all foods!!

Doing better with getting all my foods/meals in. It helps with planning ahead.
Goal for this week: Plan ahead and get my fruits in and walk Dexter, the dog, every night (except Monday since I work a 12 day).

It's been hard lately to stay on track. I'm working 2 jobs, 1 - 40hr week professional job and the other is a serving job at a local restaurant about 15 hours. It's been difficult to get all my foods/meals in.
I'm getting married in 2 months and would like to look good in a bathing suit for the honeymoon...the wedding dress hides my tummy "pooch" where my suit does not.
OK me...time to get really motivated!! =0)
