yea I am thinking that I am still over doing the calories each day as well so I am going to try just remaining at a percentage between 60 and 75% per day and try that for this week to see how things are going thank you for the warm welcome and also GREAT job on your weight loss!!

Which is better????
My personal trainer that I had a few years back, as well as some of my good friends who are avid weight lifters, all said the same thing when I asked them about this same question.
Do your warmup with cardio, lift weights, and finish with a great cardio workout.
I only do weights for my upper body three days a week on those days I do 30 min on the elliptical. the other four days a week I try to go at least 45 min on the elliptical. Good luck and hopefully I helped out as well

HELP!!!!!
Hey guys I have always struggled with my weight now I am at the point where i am wanting to get serious about it and not only lose fat but build muscle so i have joined this forum and been doing great about writing down all things I eat. however I have been watching what i eat now for about a week and a half and exercising but I haven't lost anything not even a pound. can someone look at my charts here and tell me if i am obviously doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!!
