I am an Interior Designer for a Design/Build firm in Houston, Tx. Been married for a little over a year and a half now, my husband is a Full Time Student/Army National Guard Soldier. We just bought our first house and I feel like I finally have time to reach some of my personal goals. If I don't keep track of what I eat I rack up calories and fat by snacking myself to death. I also have a hard time motivating myself to work out.
