- I'm 22 years old male.
- I live in Egypt.
- I'm studying accounting.
- I used to be fat since I was a kid ,I was a little bit fatter than my friends ,And as long time pass as much fat I gain ,I became Low self confidence person ,Hated my life ,And felt like there's nothing I can do to be a better person.
- At the age of 17 my weight was 92.5 Kilogram.
- At 19 my weight was 97 Kilogram.
- At 21 my weight was 110 Kilogram ,And that was the highest weight I've ever reached that when i decided to take some serious decisions about my body ,I watched my food intake and went jogging for an hour daily ,So I lost 14 KG from my weight then I stopped what i was doing.
- At Feb-14-2013 I went weigh myself to figure out that I gained 8 KG to became 104 KG ,So I started to do some workout to became 99.5 at Feb-27.
- At Feb-27 I went to a nutritionist to start a serious journey to reach A 72 KG On the scale.
