I am an Army wife and a new mom of a little girl... We are stationed here in Ft. Hood, TX and I have decided after delivering Ashlyn on March 9th that it is time for a lifestyle change! With being a stay at home mom, it's hard to not raid the cabinet when your bored, sooo, I am going to find other ways to occupy my time during the day. I decided that I am going to get a book and read when I'm bored. OR, come on here and write in my journal and read all the other motivating posts. I've also realized I am addicted to SWEETS! That is a must that I have to stop eating so much of because I am also Diabetic! It is time that I get down to my ideal weight... I have been overweight for quite a while now, even while I was pregnant and I'll get there! Wish me luck!!! :)
