I have been trying to lose weight for the last ten years at least. I was a skinny child and a size 12 throughout most of my teens, 20s and 30s. Started putting on weight in my 40s. Now over 200 lb in my 50s and really feeling the effects.
I love to work out, especially with weights but I love to eat just as much. I am kitchen challenged, so always searching for easy recipes. My weaknesses are eating out too often, potato chips, salty foods, portion sizes, bad knees.
Happy to have found this web site which I've found is super easy to record food and exercise. I've joined some challenges and look forward to losing this weight!
