Hi! My name is Alicia and I am 23 years old. I had a baby a year ago and since lost that weight. BUT!!! I am getting married December 29th, and I need to look not so pudgy in my wedding dress. I am not wanting to be a stick, but I don't want to look like I am going to pop! I started dieting at 225, but I was 204lb back in August when I purchased the dress. In August, I quit my job to attend school full time. Going back to get my degree! I am now at 213- 12lbs loss so far-- decided to do a low carb high protein diet since one of my friends recommended it to me! Here goes to getting Married!

Well.... I let the Holidays get the best of me... UGH.. and i gained 2.5 lbs.. that sucks.... why is it so much easier to gain weight than lose it??? ...
