Hi, I am a career driven woman whom is currently job seeking for a career change. You know change is good and imperative at times to grow and to gain rewards that you are currently not receiving. Also, I am a daughter, sister, aunt and mother of a toddler. With all the many hats I wear I am pretty busy :-). It's a struggle some times to eat healthy and make time to workout but you make time and effort for priorities.

Excellent, I reached my goal for this week. I gained 2 lbs this week. For a total of 4 lbs gained!! Yay!! My goal next week is to weigh in at 128.6 lbs. ...
