How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Don't become a slave to the scale. I weigh-in once a week on Sunday morning. Don't forget to take body measurements. Scales don't not reflect inches lost. I weight-in using my Wii-fit, because it also measures BMI. Also, try to use the same scale. Scales are calibrated differently.
