Hi, I'm Alexandra. I'm currently 29 and live in Baltics.
I've been trying to slim down since my 12 using different kind of diets. I wasn't really fat then, but it seemed that I need to it. When I was 18 I weighted 62 kgs and slimmed down to 53 kgs, after that I was gradually started to get heavier and heavier. When I started to study and work, my weight increased to 69 kgs. But when I started to study for PhD and have 3 works, I reached 84 kgs! That was stress eating and only eating made my life a bit better. Now the life has changed and I see that there is a lot more and much more important things
My goal is to reach 58 kgs.
