I am a Manager for Siemens Industry, Inc. in Chicago, IL. I manage the Midwest Area for Fire Alarm Services. I am originally from Central Illinois and moved to Crystal Lake, IL in 2010. I am married with two kids. I have a very busy lifestyle that has become and exscuse to not keep up with my nutrition and exersise programs. I am going to focus on moving it forward to meet my goals of weight loss, running and weight training.
