How can I edit nutritional information for an item in FS already?
Sorry, I should have specified that I'm viewing via a PC not the app.

How can I edit nutritional information for an item in FS already?
I know I've changed (updated) many of the items in the food database, so this thread caught my interest. I checked a few items, and it appears that items "created" by FS may not be updated; but those created by "members" can be. The Atkins meal was created by FS and there is no link to update it. If you look at something like real mayo by helmans you'll see the link. You may need to create a new entry to correct the data.

Creating A "Group" Food
If you're using a PC - to the top right of your screen, under My Fat Secret/My Diet Calendar select Food. Again on the right (you may need to scroll down a bit) there's an area titled My Meals. Select Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner and click "create new". It can be a little tedious, helps if you have all your particulars at hand before you start. Enjoy!

Series Books...What's a great series and why?
I agree with Puddin Pie on Dune and Lord of the Rings. I'd also suggest John LeCarre's spy novels with Tinker Tailor, Smiley's People, etc. Last, check out Wilbur Smith. He has several series that "interconnect" and all
are good reads. Enjoy!
