After some of my clothes started to get a bit tight, I decided that I needed to change my habits before they stopped fitting completely. Just a couple years ago, I was underweight (95lb, but not because of any eating disorders or anything) and now I'm at a more "healthy" weight of 115, which is smack dab in the middle of the recommended weight for someone my size, but it's not healthy in the sense that all I really did was put on fat. Now I've almost completely cut pop out of my diet, and when I want snacks, I try to go for things like popcorn, crispy mini's and veggie trays. I try to keep to my fat burning bowflex workout of 3 times a week. I don't get migraines nearly as often as I used to, I feel better, and I feel stronger. My goal is to make my thighs stop jiggling when I walk, and get rid of my flabby arms. :3
