I hope this week went well. I started jogging and walking more this week and eating even more carefully. I hope this means I lost at least a pound this week. But who knows. The fat count has been high in my food of late thought. I have to get the fat percentage down to less than 25% to keep the weight loss going in the right direction.
But the good thing is I am feeling like I have more energy and getting healthier as I go along. Well on my weigh to getting in shape and losing weight in time for summer bathing suit season.

Weighed in at 235 yesterday at work with the biggest loser group. may not win the cash prize but at least I am getting fit which is even better than the cash prize. Cant wait to be able to run a 5 K race.

Used scale at work today. I am going to try to stick with this one to keep consistent. Just glad after all this calorie counting I hadn't really gained a pound this week! -

I lost weight by the scale at work but on since this last weigh in on Fatsecret it says I gained a pound. WTH?! I guess I will have to live with it. Need to weigh in more often to get this in sync.

Made up for over eating fat content today by making healthier choices at meal times today. I did skip breakfast but will make up for it tomorrow. Forgot to weigh in today. Will do it at work tomorrow a.m. and log it then...nervous I may not have lost anything...keeping my fingers crossed I havn't gained or stayed the same!
