I am having a tough time getting and staying motivated. Stress eating a lot and can't figure out why. Need to work on motivation and working out schedule.

Made a great dinner tonight of shish ka bobs w/london broil and fresh produce. This kept me way under my calorie intake for the day. I can actually have a cocktail if want! I think this new system will help me stay on track! My first successful day on the road to being the me I always wanted to be!
I am in a positive place right now and hoping to maintain it from now on in.

Iam starting anew today. A friend just lost 35 pounds and now I want to do the same. He has motivated and inspired me.
I plan on using this format to help me be successful.
I will be a a slim 185 by August 15th for vacation and reward myself with a dessert dune tour and a hot bathing suit and designer sunglasses.
