I feel like I have been lax lately on trying to follow my calorie count but getting back on track now. Still not a great coupe of weeks. Glad work is doing the biggest loser challenge again. The incentive to win is high for me. Could use the money before vacation! :0)

I am so happy to have lost 6 Pounds this week. I am now only 228 and once I get down to 200 I am buying myself an iPad. That is my goal. I pasted the picture on my fridge and in my bathroom and at my computer at work!
Quite the motivator for me.

Missed one week of weighing in and thought I would have gained instead of lost but actually did lose one pound. I will take it!

I am going to weigh in on Wednesday and hope in the past 2 weeks I have lost some weight...a little nervous because my fat count on items the past week or so each day has been higher than it should be.
The good news for me is I have been very physically active the past two weeks too so hopefully that will cancel out some of the fat intake.
I have been reading the exercise links and many suggest and have had luck with the P90X program. I am going to have to look into it. Sounds like a good program.

I woke up and weighed in and looks like I put a half pound back on..but the bowel movement is over due. lol! Can I lose 3 pounds at that point and actually have lost some weight then?
That was toilet humor but secretly, or not so secretly, I hope their is a chance my wish may be true. <sigh>
