*Hi everyone! Im new to this site! Im 30yrs and had a baby 8months ago! But it seems like I still look pregnant lol I have not been able to lose the weight at all. I have always struggled with my weight but it has never been this hard! Im getting older and I know it gets harder so I need to do this now!

***August 13 2010: I weighed in at 200lbs! yikes! Today I joined The QWLC and wow it was expensive!! But I feel its the best choice for me because I need nutritional guidance on weight loss. Im very excited to join and to finally lose this weight! I weighed in at 200lbs with clothes so I think its 198 naked lol! My goal weight is 140 (ahhhh lots of weight to lose!) But Im so ready and determined to get this weight off! Any advice is welcome =)

Feedback on QWLC: My first week was hard but I did well I lost 4lbs! yay! BUT the first weekend I fell of the wagon (ate bad stuff) and gained 1lb. So I started all over the following monday... During the week I did well..but then on weekends I couldnt be as strict (like have salad and chicken breast) when my family was having pizza!! It was hard!!! So I was eating non-diet on the weekends and very dissapointed in myself for not being able to follow the program by the book and lose the weight QWLC promised I would lose. Then the people at QWLC said it was my fault for "CHEATING" WTF???? That made me feel worse!!! I was always depressed and moody all the time! I felt like "AM I GONNA BE FAT 4EVER??" I was LOSING MY MIND instead of MY WEIGHT!!! It was time I needed to make a CHANGE....... Which was eat healthy! Instead of just dieting all the time!!!! According to QWLC I should have lost 12-14lbs a month! Well I lost 7lbs and Im proud of those 7lbs!

So I decided to follow my own plan by changing the QWLC a bit by adding more fruits, grains, and dairy! Im happy with that!!! yay for me!
