Three 30 minute video workouts & Three 20 minute walks & Stretch

Guidelines:
Alternate days between workout video (of any type)and walking. For multi-level workouts start at beginner level. ALWAYS stretch before and after working out or walking. Hold each stretch 20-30 seconds. Its a great idea to stretch when you first wake up and before you go to bed as well.

Weeks 2 to 3

Three 30 minute video workouts & Three 30 minute walks & Increase Water

Guidelines:
Same as week 1, but increase walks by 10 minutes. Make it fun by walking with a friend! Slowly start to intake more water. Shoot for an increase of 4-8 oz a week until you reach 1/2 your weight in oz (150 lbs = 75 oz of water).

Add Veggies to one meal each day. Increase walk to 45 minutes. Now we are workingout 45 min, 6 days a week! Way to go!!

Guidelines:
We are 3/4 of the way there! You should be noticing an improvement in your body now. Do something special for yourself that doesn't involve food! Try switching up the video workout again.

Three 60 minute video workouts & Three 60 minute walk & Low Fat

Guidelines:
Increase your video workouts and walks by 15 mins each. If an hour is too long, break it up. Walk 30 mins at lunch and 30 mins after dinner. Or workout 30 mins in AM and 30 in PM. Eat foods with less than 20% calories from fat.
