Gives you 15 grams of protein at 170 calories and does the trick for your sweet tooth as well as giving you some protein for more muscle tone and will keep your digestion and metabolism busy burning calories also. Wii Fit
Great Post & info KaiMac. I have used the Boxing and Tennis before from Wii Sports and always thought that be a good work out. After reading this post and checking out other posts on the net about Wii EA Sports Active, (google EA Sports Active and watch the video demos) and reading all the reviews I hooked up my Wii again and started with the boxing and tennis from Wii Sports. Got a good work out and went out the next day and got the EA Sports Active Personal Trainer program for my Wii. It's really very good, and you can then input the calories burned from the Wii into here under exercise , other.. Every lil bet counts and adds up for sure. Thanks again for the info on the new wii game. Add's some variety to exercise boredom and does make you more active. Any one that as a Wii System should check this out and use it daily.
