Guidelines:
50 pounds in 90 days is a huge undertaking, and not one that can be accomplished by dieting alone. To meet this mini challenge, you will have performed two activites alone each day in which the sole goal is to exercise (ie, not gardening or something constructive). Do your normal routine, but make sure that exercise is performed twice a day.

Guidelines:
If you are not having fun, you will not stick out the program, end of story. Do not withold fun activities, even ones that include food. Just plan accordingly, and if you overdo it, make adjustments throughout the day to compensate. This is going to be marathon, and it isn't won on a single day or week. Just keep making progress, and remember, you might only lose 50 pounds once, so enjoy the ride.

Record your food in the Diet Calender. Record EVERYTHING you eat, not just the meals and drinks. If you use butter or sugar, then put it down. You need complete honesty with yourself if you are going to get this done.
