3 hour diet
Can I do it while I sleep? -

OK, I was thinking the diet only required me to diet for 3 hours a day.

Seriously, smaller portions more frequently is better. Here is how I do it when I'm on top of things.

9:00 Breakfast
1:00 Lunch
4:00 Mid Day meal
7:00 Dinner

We need better fast food options
I've never heard of Pita Pit, but it sounds good. There used to be a place "El Pollo Asado" that was great - grilled chicken on PITA.

KFC actually has good grilled chicken, and I get green beans as a side, but I don't know how healthy it is in other respects. I'm sure the sodium is high, especially when I put the three packs of hot sauce on it. The most difficult thing for me when I get that 2 piece KFC deal is having to throw away the biscuit.

Have you ever had to throw away a fresh biscuit? It's like like torture.

We need better fast food options
I wish there was a chain of fast food restaurants serving grilled chicken with light pita bread and green vegetables for the sides. All we have in the US seems to be hamburgers and fried chicken. Healthy fast food. That's what I want.

bad day
If it were me I would blame it on the mother-in-law completely. There is no need to involve your husband, yourself, or even the car when there is a mother-in-law involved. Good luck today!

too upset with my weight
Diets are hard to stick to, and a "soup" diet sounds like the most vulnerable to failure. I recommend low carb - meats and green vegetables taste good and keep you from being hungry. Eating soup is going to make you binge when you stop. Been there, done that!
