Goal Weight

I'm a stay at home mom, to two angels aged 7 and 2, and part time Preschool assist. director. Have seen weight go up and down over past few years and need to get it down and keep it steady as I approach the big 40! Weight steadily gained after I quit teaching full time. I did SB about 3 summers ago and lost over 15 lbs. but, hit a depression slump before my daughter was born and gained it all back and then some. I'm definately an emotional/boredom eater!! I lack motivation to exercise altho I have no excuse with a treadmill in the other room! I've not ever been tiny at 5' 6 1/2'' but, want to be a comfortable size 8/10. I've enjoyed sharing and the encouragement the short time I've been here! Thanks!

Thank you all for your ideas and suggestions!
I will try some and see what happens!!
Weird, how you can lose inches but not see the scale move. I suppose that has happened in my case b/c I am tightening the belts and have bought smaller sizes! Best wishes to all you "Losers"!! Hey, weight is the only area we want to be one of those!Laughing

I am stuck and so frustrated!
I know you all have discussed this topic before and offered suggestions but, sorry I don't have time to go back through all the old posts and hunt.

My eating is great. I'm working out on my treadmill daily, have increased the incline majorly and my speed. Drinking so much water I could pop! No eating past 7/7:30, etc.
I'm trying to account for more muscle weight on the scale but........I want at least 10 more lbs. fat gone! HELP! I need pointers! Thanks!

A Day Off?
What are your thoughts on taking a "day off" from your new healthy eating lifestyle? Do you think it's important to occasionally eat a little of something that you might be craving on just one day each week? Or, will this bring old bad habits and cravings back up to the surface?

Should this happen before or after you get to your goal weight?

My mom-in-law has done SB for many years and treats herself to a day off every now and then and told me it's important to help stay on track.?

New to South Beach Diet! Help!!!
I have not read the ingredients or label on Cool Whip Lite but, I found Sugar Free Cool Whip and it is very yum!
If you don't have the small SB pocket guide book to good carbs and good fats, it is worth getting.
