I am a fifty six year old male, and in the last say ten years have experienced some serious health problems. I am diabetic, had two heat attacks in 2009, have 3 stints placed in 2009, copd, and a bunch of other stuff. I have slowly dropped weight, and exercised more when I became able. Last summer 2015, I dropped down to 230, and really began to lower my A1C.Joined the local gym and began exercising, and dieting more vigorously. I am on a 1900 calorie per day plan, I track all calories, carbs, fats, and protein, I began this diet a couple of weeks ago. Already seeing results. I have really progressed in the last year, my Doctors cannot believe the change.

Ok, update I am in shape, working out four to five days a week. Muscles popping out
feeling strong. Went to Ghana, Africa twice this summer with my Church. ( If you want to drop weight visit North East Ghana). The people are wonderful, breaks my heart to see their living conditions, but, their attitude caused me to fall in love with them. Heart is fine, diabetes is gone,copd no problem. My cardiologist cannot believe the turn around, amazing what diet and exercise can do.
