You really got to be careful with medications. Side effects can be harsh, especially when taking more than necessary. Better thing to do would be to find exercises that don't impact your back as much.

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I don't have Fitbit but an issue I've been reading a lot about online lately in the complaining aspect for this and other sports watches etc is that some of the features stop working as soon you replace the battery. The same thing just happened with my heart-rate monitor watch. All it can do now is give me the time and date. I'm thinking twice about spending over $100 for something that will encounter these issues. So, I make down with apps on my phone, even to get my heart rate which I have to say is pretty accurate.

New Here... Low Carb.. lost 4 gained 3... WHAT?
Scale goes up and down daily (i.e. excess sodium, water retention) but your body will also react to the lack of food, especially if you are under-eating which will result in weight-gain. I don't do low-anything diets but strive to eat healthy foods. You need to find out what works for your body and make sure you give it the nutrition it needs.
