Can I be vegan here?
Being a vegan isn't much different than any other type of eating plan when it comes to tallying up nutrition. The idea is to eat properly balanced meals so that you get sufficient nutrition to support your body & active lifestyle. Carbs add up quickly because you get them from various sources. Check your portion sizes as well as the types of foods you eat to determine which ones give you the highest carb numbers and perhaps switch them for some that give you lower carb numbers. Just make sure your choices are on the healthy side.

Tracking beef intake
I don't get that specific with my food intake - I simply weigh the beef after I've cooked it and choose the closest to it from the food diary. If you buy the meat yourself, the label should identify the cut you have. And, feel free to go on other calorie counting sites to obtain information. You can always input it on this one as a custom entry which I've done many times because a lot of foods I consume are canadian brands that are not part of the food base.

daily burn
Me too. I don't bother entering my exercise on this site. I use GoogleFit & MyTracks for my activity and although GoogleFit is supposed to synch to this site, it's not happening. Softwares aren't compatible at this point.

You can print your food diary via your web browser's printing command. The phone app allows you to export it into a PDF format only.
