A Curvy Gals Work out
If I only rely on the scale, I've gained weight. If I go by my clothes, I have toned up everywhere and slimmed down. I mix it up at the gym between various cardio sessions and weights; I add Pilates and Yoga moves in there as well to work on my flexibility and strengthen my core.

Congratulations everyone. Keep going at it; by adding a mere 5-10 minutes to your sessions a week, you'll be doing 30 minutes in no time.

Just google low calorie pie crusts; lots of versions out there, and you don't have to smash your strawberries, you can just put them in the crust whole.

I saw the most ironic cart of groceries
Some people don't know any better as they've never learned how to cook for themselves. What surprises me the most nowadays is that despite all the news and information out there about consuming excess sugar, people are still coming out of grocery stores with 5 containers of fruit juices and 4 full-size packs [24 cans per pack] of soda pop.
