I'm a little puzzled by the increase in weight and blood sugar today. I was tired yesterday. I did have more diet soda yesterday. I'm not going to get too bummed out about it. I was suspicious of my weight dropping so much in the beginning. This fits in more with my calories and exercise. I'm going to try to eat more vege for snacks,eat less fruit, no soda and exercise more today and see what happens.I have been taking a drink of water when my head starts to ache but I don't feel hungry. The headache relieves and I have eaten fewer calories.

I'm developing a little routine now. Up early in the morning breakfast, walk, and work in the yard. I tried to keep busier yesterday and it felt good. My 2 blood sugars have been great. It helped keep calories down to eat salads before lunch and dinner. No problems with my gut. I ate an extra muffin this morning because I thought I felt hungry after the first one. I didn't walk as far because my gut felt bloated. Then I was hungry again at 11:00. I think maybe I thought I should be hungry because I ate fewer calories and exercised more the day before. All in all I'm happy with my progress.Just haven't been able to get moving today but I tried to do things for a few minutes at a time. Felt tired with a slight headache all day.

I think I need to stay on pantoprozole for a while. My belly feels a lot better taking it 2 days in a row. I'm not worried about my weight going up today. It was actually 175 yesterday. I thought I entered it yesterday but now I don't see it. I think I am losing weight too fast anyway and I feel better today. It helps to eat something as soon as I am hungry so I don't eat so much. That means I have to have food that I want made up ahead. That's what I want to work on today.
