I couldn't enter the pizza Ken made yesterday because the crust calorie was different than the same brand listed. I tried several different ways and couldn't enter it. I did figure the calories added up to about 1500. I was let down because the calories were so high, it was beyond my capability to truthfully record it,and I felt trapped by my latest foray at dieting. I know I'm jumping to a familiar disappointment from previous attempts and concluding it will end in failure. I'm trying to adjust my thinking and look at this as a problem to solve and have more confidence in myself. I woke up this morning and didn't want to get up and didn't want to eat. At least that is better than reaching for a donut to ease my pain. I wouldn't mind hanging on to this feeling for a little while. I was encouraged at first about the feature of entering my own recipe. I think I can regain that inspiration but right now I am not looking forward to anything and don't want to do anything. I'm just going to ride this out and see how it goes.
