ate too much and didn't do enough yesterday. try better today. don't know what the problem was yesterday except I feel a little defeated because I have to lose wt. But how is now different than any other time. Will try to stop analyzing and just go forward.

well now I have a gun to my head to lose 10 lb. in 3 mos. Had an appt. with my attending and my b/p was 140/90. To try to put off starting b/p med I bargained to try to lose 10 lb by my next appt. If my pressure doesn't go down then I will probably have to start a med anyway. I think I can meet the wt. goal but I have done this many times before.

Don't know why I felt so bad yesterday. My eating reflects it but then my "pig-out" was only 1600 calories. I did breakthru and go to the rec. center and worked out even tho the pool was closed. Lot of feelings to work through again.
