I'm a little puzzled by the increase in weight and blood sugar today. I was tired yesterday. I did have more diet soda yesterday. I'm not going to get too bummed out about it. I was suspicious of my weight dropping so much in the beginning. This fits in more with my calories and exercise. I'm going to try to eat more vege for snacks,eat less fruit, no soda and exercise more today and see what happens.I have been taking a drink of water when my head starts to ache but I don't feel hungry. The headache relieves and I have eaten fewer calories.

Suzy, have you kept an eye on your sodium intake. For me, it can translate into as high as a five lbs difference from one day to another if I don't watch my sodium. It's all water weight but we hate it nevertheless. It's just something to keep in mind when you are having daily fluctuations. I had a bad sodium day yesterday and very predictably woke up with a bit of water retention. Hoping for a better day today. :-)
