Hello Everyone I am 31yrs old, Single girl living in Dubai! I've battled with my weight most of my adult life. I have PCOS which I feel made me put on weight partially and the other was probably due to being lazy :)
I lost about 20kg 2 years ago and then got fed up and stopped though I was in great shape and now i have put 10kg back :(
Now i'm back on South Beach and wont stop until I reach my goal weight of 57kg which will be a loss of 18kg. I have done it before and I am sure I can do it again. My target date is 31st Jan 2011.

I love working out and I have a personal trainer who I work out with 3 times a week. I have to start cardio on my own so that I can bring up my workouts to 6 times a week.

I would love to have some buddies and will make sure that i'm there for them as I believe that support is one of the key factors of successful weight loss. One of the main reasons I put on weight again was because I did not have anyone to keep me on track.

I wish everyone all the best on their journey and hope to talk to lots of you here and even make some lifelong friends!

Thank you ladies!! I guess we are all in the same boat here. OK so what do you think if we exchange daily progress with each other? it'll be like our club. I find that if its a small group its much easier to keep in track and support each other. How about we create a private group called Supergirls and we can post our daily progress there? Here's something i think might work:

Exercise Goal: Exercise Done:

Weight:

How was the day?:

That's it! We can keep it simple and if one of us is slipping, we can help them back up again.
