Anyone need/want to lose 100 or more pounds
Glad that there are others out there. I started week three today and I feel pretty good about it. I have to remind myself to eat. It seems that when I was on some of the other programs all I wanted to do was to eat. I think that I am going to try to stay in phase 1 for at least another week and probably two. What phase are y'all working in?

Phase 1 SBD Buddy?
I am so over eggs! I think that I have eaten more eggs in the last two week then I have eaten in the laast 2 months!!!!!

What's Your Motivation...?
My motivation is my 4 year old son. I want him to be healthier than I am, I want to play outside with him and not get winded, I want to watch him grow up, get married and someday play with my grandkids!Wink
