Portion control without measuring cups
Hello all,

I'm traveling and I'm having tremendous difficulty figuring out portion sizes. Everything here is according to grams, and I barely even remember how to work out cups and tablespoons. Any tips on how to portion out different types of food?

How many grams of fat should one have per day?
Hey all,

How many grams of fat should one have per day? I've heard anywhere from 10g to 100g. Most consistent answer I've heard is 30g for someone who wants to lose weight. What have you heard?

Any musicians out there on a diet?
Hey everybody!

I just joined and I'm ready to get in gear - my goal is to go to the gym every single day for a year. (Point being, to not say "I will go 3 times per week" and then to have the week be over without doing any of it.) However, all of my spare energy goes into practicing my instrument. I'm a classical musician and a student, so I have to devote 4-5 of my "extra" hours per day to practicing. Is there anybody out there who knows what this is like and wants a diet buddy?
