Day twenty of my 90-day program was pretty uneventful. I woke up without much energy and slept off and on all day, the hike never happened. I just drank water, coffee, and tea. I was a little hungry off and on, but nothing outrageous. Fortunately, I did not have any headaches or sickness.

I am concerned about your possible dehydration (and potassium). @MillaLite has inspired to me on adding potassium to my water and it has really helped me.

Hi! I suffered with electrolyte imbalance for over a month after converting to Keto. Make sure you are getting enough salt/magnesium/potassium in your diet. When I converted from processed foods, I underestimated the hidden sodium I would need to replace. I suffered from really bad leg cramps and felt sluggish. I now take over a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt or Celtic sea salt a day to combat my electrolyte problem. This may be what is affecting you, too...

@Jenniferburdier, yes, what you say makes sense. I do enough salt and supplement with magnesium, but I had planned to eat many avocados for potassium. Then, I discovered how many carbs and cut down.

I’m glad you are listening to them about the salt and electrolytes. There is a reason that cultures who traditionally fast have specific teas they drink during fasts and why bone broth and such is pushed so strongly to Westerners. 🙋🏻
