I'm a 6'1 stallion from Cali-for-ni-a!!
I have been maintaining my weight over the years and think I look great for the most part! However, I have a few problem areas that I am working on tightening/toning up, like my tummy and thighs...the infamous round areas of a woman. So I have ventured into the realm of Weight Watchers to support a friend of mine (and myself) as she bounces back to her pre-baby-self :-D
I have committed myself to first trying to lose 20 lbs. And then depending on how I look, I will shoot for another 5 lbs. The thing is, since I'm so tall I carry my weight well-which is a blessing-but if I were to lose TOO much, then I would probably start to look not so hot and a lil on the sick side, if you catch my drift.
