I am trying to get rid of these stubborn 12 lbs I have gained since I got out of college !!!! My goal was to sign up for 5K's last summer and I did 5 of them WOOO. The Color Run, Phillipston FF race, Holyokes elks club, warrior dash, a run for a beer. I would suggest signing up for them, it keeps you motivated !!!!
