So as of today i am decreasing my calorie intake from 1800 a day to 1300 a day. I am also going to increase my cardio to a full hour a day. Since I am not attending a gym right now, i will compromise with other activities like jumping jax, jump rope, and running stairs. We will see how it works out for a week. If there is no change I will re-evaluate next week!
